The Volaris refund policy is rather lenient because it permits cancellations and offers a wide range of repayment options. If customers need to cancel their trip up to two hours prior to departure, they may be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price in exchange for paying a cancellation fee. At no point will they be required to pay any further money or fees. In accordance with this policy, an unused and completely refundable ticket is offered for travel between 45 days and 2 hours before to the scheduled departure time on any given day, less a $25 cancellation fee per ticket.
