To create an online account or link a Card to your existing online account, go to americanexpress.com/register. If you're an Additional Card Member, when you're setting up your online account, you'll need the Basic Card Member's date of birth as well as your own personal information. You don't need a minimum balance to open your account or avoid monthly fees. You will need at least $1 in your account to earn the APY. There are no pre-set spending limits on the American Express Login Charge Card. You can spend as much as you've shown us you can afford.
